Shirodhara
Shirodhara, Ayurveda therapy, involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead. The liquid used in this process can be milk, oil, buttermilk, coconut water or plain water depend on what is being treated. It helps in mental stress, insomnia, depression, hair disease, skin scar etc.
Katibasti
Kati Basti corrects postural imbalances and alleviates the tension caused from sitting for prolonged periods. This therapy relieves and nourishes the lower back using herbal oils or ghee. After a gentle Ayurvedic oil therapy on the lower back, specially prepared warm herbal oil is poured over the lumbo sacral area and retained inside a dam made out of dough. The hot medicated oils helps melt lower spine rigidity and strengthen your bone tissue.
Netra Tarpana
Netra Tarpana is the Ayurvedic purification and rejuvenation treatment provided especially as part of Panchakarma Treatment in Ayurvedic care facilities. It is a special a treatment for the eyes to get them relieved from tiredness and it also improve the eyesight.
Kadu Kariyatu
This helps us to make our blood pure. And it empowers the immune system by cleaning the entrails. This is also very effective in diabetes, indigestion and work diseases.
