Naturopathy deals with the healing power of nature since it believes that all healing powers are within your body. Naturopathy and yoga are not medicine but its one of the art and natural way to enjoy life and be healthy. Naturopathy comprises many different treatment modalities such as massage, steambath, mud therapy, enema etc. Yoga is the physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India with a view to attain a state of permanent peace.

Alternative Medicines

Alternative medicine is any practice that is put forward as having the healing effects of medicine but is not based on evidence gathered using the scientific method. It consists of a wide range of health care practices, products and therapies,[2] using alternative medical diagnoses and treatments which typically have not been included in the degree courses of established medical schools or used in conventional medicine. Examples of alternative medicine include Magnet Therapy, Color Therapy, Acupressure and Acupuncture. These are traditional solutions to modern health conditions.
